GOD'S LOVING EMBRACE.

Teach me to be still and rest in You, Lord,

Give me a faith that doesn't depend on answers 

or reassurances of Your Love,

a faith that abides in what You are,

rather than looking to what You may give.

Teach me to be still and remember,

Christ is my friend when I am lonely

A safe hiding place,

I can always find shelter

In God's loving embrace.
