When it seems as though my prayers are simply bouncing off the walls,
When doubt dims my faith 

like shadows in the night,
Help me look beyond the problems of the moment 

to Your power,
Help me trust You in the darkness,

or in the light.

May the Lord be Your light, salvation and stronghold of our lives this coming week.
