night in Bethlehem
beneath
a singing sky
the
royal Prince gave up His throne
the
shepherds came to see His Own
The
Saviour of the world was born
one
night in Bethlehem.
During this week of continual journeying
with the Magi, let us take time to reflect on each of the blessings, accepting
joyfully the second part of the Solemn Blessing God is offering us today.
Because
you are followers of Christ,
who
appeared on this day as light shining in darkness
may
He make you a light to all your sisters and brothers.
