THE CROSS AND MINE
The cross's shadow falls on me.
From high on Calvary's bitter hill.
When viewed against Christ's agony,
My cross looks poor and smaller still.
Let us not forget the suffering and death our loving Saviour endured for us.
When our Cross seems too heavy to bear,
we may wish to think of it.
